Who we are

Foreign Workforce is a licensed recruitment agency registered in Zagreb. We work directly with Croatian companies in construction, tourism, hospitality, logistics, agriculture and manufacturing — and with vetted partners in Latin America, the Philippines, Nepal, India, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, Serbia, Bangladesh and Vietnam. No middlemen. No surprise fees. Every placement is backed by a written contract under Croatian labour law.
