#2. Acceptance of these terms
By using the site (browsing, sending an enquiry, submitting a form) you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What this means for you: there are no "hidden" clauses — all obligations are listed in this document and in the Privacy Policy.
#3. Use of content
All content on the site (texts, images, logos, graphics, icons, code) is protected by copyright and may not be copied, distributed or used commercially without written permission. Exception: sharing a link to a blog post or page on social networks is allowed.

#6. External links
The site may contain links to other websites (e.g. zakon.hr, AZOP, the Ministry of Labour). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites — please read their terms before using them.
#7. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia, excluding conflict-of-laws rules. #8. Dispute resolution / ODR platform
In the event of a dispute, please contact us first at info@straniradnici.hr — most situations are resolved out of court promptly.
Consumers who concluded a contract online may also use the European Commission's ODR platform for out-of-court dispute resolution:

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes are announced in advance via the "Version X.Y" badge at the top of the page. Continued use of the site after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Current version: 2.0 (effective May 10, 2026).
#10. Relationship with the Privacy and Cookie Policies
These Terms together with the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy form the complete legal agreement between you and Foreign Workforce.
In case of conflict, the Privacy Policy prevails on GDPR matters and the Cookie Policy on consent matters; these Terms apply otherwise.
