We place candidates on your payroll, lease workers to your site, or headhunt a specific profile. Pricing, timelines and responsibility differ — we will help you pick the right one.
Recruitment intermediation
We source, screen and pre-qualify candidates from Latin America, the Philippines, Nepal, India and the wider region. The worker ends up on your payroll under a Croatian employment contract. Best for long-term hires you want to keep on staff. We charge a one-off fee per placement, with a written replacement guarantee.
Worker leasing (temporary agency work)
We stay the formal employer of the worker — payroll, taxes and contributions sit with us — and you pay an hourly or monthly service fee. Best for project work, seasonal peaks or when you want to test the working relationship before bringing the worker onto your own payroll. Fully compliant with Articles 46–48 of the Croatian Labour Act.
Targeted candidate selection (headhunting)
Need a head chef, a CE driver with EU routes, a CNC operator with a specific certificate, or a marine engineer? We headhunt against your exact profile through our partner network in the source country. You get a short list of pre-interviewed, document-checked candidates — usually in 3–4 weeks.
Work permits & documentation
Every model includes the full paperwork: HZZ opinion (labour-market test), Ministry of the Interior application for the combined permit for temporary stay and work, residence registration, health-insurance and tax-administration sign-up. Average time to a worker on site: 30–45 days from signing.
