How the process works
1 — Brief & profile definition
We meet for 30 minutes to define the exact profile: trade, experience, languages, certificates, shift model and salary range.
2 — Active sourcing
Our local partner teams in the Philippines, Nepal, India, Colombia and the wider region identify and interview candidates against your criteria.
3 — Verification & shortlist
We verify experience, certificates and criminal-record status. You receive 3–5 pre-screened profiles with video interviews attached.
4 — Work permit
Once you sign the employment contract, we file the HZZ labour-market test and MUP combined-permit application. Average processing time: 30–45 days.
5 — Arrival & onboarding
We handle travel logistics, residence registration, health-insurance sign-up and tax-authority registration. Worker arrives ready on day one.
